We would like to inform you that, effective 1 April 2026, Fibre Network Operators (FNOs) (Openserve, Vumatel and Frogfoot) will be implementing wholesale pricing increases across their networks.
As these increases relate to the underlying infrastructure that delivers your fibre service, they are unfortunately outside of Intense Fibre’s control.
Why prices are changing
FNOs periodically adjust their wholesale rates to support network upgrades, maintenance, and long-term infrastructure sustainability. These changes directly impact the cost of delivering your fibre service.
Our commitment to you
We have absorbed as much of the increase as possible to minimise the impact on our clients. However, in order to continue providing reliable high-speed connectivity, stable network performance, and responsive customer support, a pricing adjustment is necessary.
Our commitment to service quality and customer support remains unchanged.
What this means for you
- Updated pricing will reflect on invoices issued from the end of March for April services
- Your current service and performance remain unchanged
- No action is required from you unless you want to change your package up or down in speed
