CALENDAR MONTH NOTICE
• Speed is up to 500Mbps (dependant on 5G router capability and network coverage)
• Once AUP limit is reached, speed will change to 512kbps
Service Changes take place the following month and all service changes or cancelations must be set before 4pm the day before the end of the month with a calender month notice.

Certain factors such as device placement and interference from man-made structures and obstructions, weather conditions and vegetation growth may prevent your router from connecting to 5G. In these instances, your device will fallback to 4G LTE-Advanced.
The SIM and Device will be delivered within 4 business days, provided payment has cleared. An invoice will be generated for the router and sent, once payment received the router will be couriered. Once delivered please allow up to 24 hours from the time the SIM Card is inserted for the data to be allocated.
